How RemRent works

In Brazil, rentals are spread across a handful of big listing sites, each one cluttered and confusing. We bring them together, tidy them up, and let you search in plain words.

One search, every site

We gather rentals from Brazil's major listing sites, so you look in one place instead of juggling ten tabs.

One card per home

The same place posted on three sites becomes one clear card — the details lined up the same way, and a description you can actually read.

Every feature we list is one we can actually see in the home's own photos — not just what the ad claims.

Filter by what other sites ignore

Filter by style, flooring, even the view. Or hide any place missing what you need — like one without a washing machine. These are details other sites leave blank.

One clean card from every site

The same home posted across several sites becomes one clean card.

We check each feature against the home's own photos, so what you see is really there — plus a plain-language summary.

Filters no other site has

Filter by style, flooring, the view, an elevator, even a gas or electric stove. You can also hide any place that's missing what you need. Other sites might have one or two of these — RemRent has the whole set, with real details for every place, and shows you where each detail comes from.

Filter by style, flooring, the view, even by what a place is missing — each detail read from the listing, and we show where it came from.

The real monthly cost, up front

Rent is only part of it. RemRent pulls the condo fee, property tax and lease terms from each original listing, and marks anything the listing leaves unsaid — so you know the full cost up front.

A note from the founder

Maksym Panchenko

I'm the founder of RemRent and a full-stack engineer with 10+ years building production systems, from high-traffic backends to consumer products used by millions — I build the whole thing myself. After leaving Ukraine in 2022, I searched for a home across five countries — Argentina and Brazil the last of them — and hit the same wall each time: scattered portals, no English, the same place listed three times, and ads that were already gone or nothing like their photos. That's why RemRent checks each listing against its own pictures, rather than taking the description at face value. Search is where the pain starts, so that's where RemRent starts — Brazil first.
