By using RemRent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Who We Are

Service Description
RemRent is an aggregator of rental listings. We gather listings already published on other portals, merge the duplicate listings for the same home into a single card, translate them, pick out features from the photos and may add a summary of our own. We are not a real estate agency, we are not real estate brokers, and we do not act as intermediaries in any rental: we do not represent landlords, advertisers or prospective tenants, and we take no commission on any deal.
What You Pay For
What you pay for is the work we do on someone else's listing — merging the duplicates, translating, picking out features from the photos and, where the card has one, writing our own summary — and opening the direct link to that listing on the portal that hosts it, together with that portal's name and the price shown there. You are not buying access to the home, a viewing, a booking, any guarantee that a tenancy will go ahead, or anyone's personal details.
The Original Listing
The listings we gather are public and may be available free of charge on the source portals. What you pay RemRent for is finding, gathering, translating and organizing that information and handing you the direct link — not the listing itself, which is not ours.
Listing Aggregation Disclaimer
RemRent gathers rental listings published openly on third-party portals; those listings are public and may be available free of charge on the source portal. We do not publish or redistribute personal contact details such as phone numbers or email addresses: when you use a contact, you go straight to the original listing on its source portal. The listings belong to those portals and to whoever posted them, and we do not control how current or how genuine an offer is at the source. RemRent is not a party to the rental transaction — any agreement is made directly between you and whoever posted the listing.
Text and Photographs
The descriptions on RemRent are our own: we write them from the source listing and do not reproduce the original wording, which stays on the source portal at the link we hand you. The photographs form part of listings published by other people, and the copyright in them belongs to their authors and rights holders. If you hold rights to an image and want it taken down, write to support@remrent.com.
Contact Model
One contact means opening the link to one listing. The free plan gives between 0 and 3 contacts a month: the exact number is set when the account is created and may be different for new accounts. You can always see your number in your account. The allowance resets at the start of each month, and anything left over does not carry into the next one. Packs give 15, 45 or 150 contacts, depending on the pack you buy. The team plan gives 1,000 contacts a month on monthly billing, or 1,200 a month over 12 months on the annual plan, shared by up to 3 accounts.
- Purchased contacts are valid for 30 days and do not roll over; on a pack, that period runs from the purchase.
- A promotional pack may be valid for a different period from the one above; when it is, the offer states its own term, and that term applies to that purchase.
- On the team plan the allowance is released month by month and each release is valid for 30 days, inside the period you contracted for; whatever goes unused in each period expires.
- When you hold several packs, the one expiring soonest is used first. Nothing renews automatically, and nothing is charged unless you make a new purchase. Contacts cannot be transferred to another account.
Prohibited Activities
- Automated scraping or data extraction from RemRent
- Reselling, redistributing or republishing the links we deliver or the content RemRent produces — the titles and descriptions we write, the features we pick out of the photos and the way we group listings
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit free contacts
- Any use that violates applicable laws or third-party platform terms
Responsibility
We are responsible for our own service: keeping the site up, giving you the correct link for the listing you opened, honoring our refund policy and handling your data as our Privacy Policy says. If we get that wrong, tell us and we will put it right.
The listing is written and maintained by whoever published it on the source portal. We have no way to verify — and therefore do not claim — that the home exists as described, that it is still available, that the price and the other details are correct or current, that the advertiser will reply, or that the listing stays up after you open it. Any negotiation, and the rental agreement itself, take place between you and the advertiser; RemRent is not a party to them and takes no commission on them.
This section describes the limits of what we can verify; it does not remove or reduce any liability the law places on us, and the rights Brazilian consumer law gives you stand in full.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms removes, restricts or attaches conditions to the rights Brazilian consumer law gives you, including the right to cancel a purchase within 7 days of making it.
How to Reach Us
Write to us at support@remrent.com: the same channel handles questions, complaints and anything else about these Terms, including suspending or ending the contract. We reply within 5 calendar days.
