Whoever buys Pro ×3 adds colleagues in their account by email address. We don't send an invitation email — let them know yourself: they sign in with that same address. Your account takes a seat too, so that's 3 accounts in total. While access is active, everyone unlocks as many homes as they like and gets instant alerts. You can remove a colleague's access at any time.
We refund the full amount within 7 days if none of the accounts has unlocked anything. The button is in the buyer's account. After 365 days access simply ends: nothing renews by itself.
We count 3 people for a year. If each of them buys Pro 30 all year, that's 3 × 12 × R$ 99 = R$ 3.564. Pro ×3 costs R$ 899 in one payment — R$ 24,97 per person a month, 74% less. Even if all 3 use Pro 60 all year (3 × 6 × R$ 149 = R$ 2.682), Pro ×3 is still 66% cheaper. The price is lower because you pay for the whole year and all 3 people at once. The saving assumes all 3 people need access for the whole year.

An unlock shows every link to one home on the portals where it's listed. More than half the homes in our cities are on several portals, sometimes at different prices — one unlock shows you all the listings. No phone number, address or personal data: you contact the owner or agent on the portal itself. Unlocking the same home again is free.
No. Each pack is a single payment. Nothing renews or charges itself: when the time is up, access ends and there's nothing to cancel. We never have your card details, so there's no way to charge you again.
Only in length and price. Inside it's the same: unlimited unlocks and instant new-home alerts. Pro 60 gives you 60 days for R$ 149, which is R$ 74,50 per 30 days. Two Pro 30 in a row would cost R$ 198, so Pro 60 saves you R$ 49 (−24%). If your search might take more than 30 days, go with Pro 60.
Start gives you 5 unlocks for 30 days, and new-home alerts arrive hourly. With Pro, unlocks are unlimited and alerts arrive the moment a home appears. Two Start packs (10 unlocks) cost R$ 98; Pro 30 costs R$ 99.

We refund the full amount if the purchase is no more than 7 days old and nothing has been unlocked with it. The button is in your account. If you've already unlocked something, write to support and we'll look into it.
Yes. Start unlocks are valid for 30 days from purchase and unused ones don't carry over; with several packs, the ones expiring first are used first. Pro lasts 30 or 60 days. Buy Pro while yours is still active and the new days start when the current ones end.
A portal can take a listing down after it reached us, and there's no way to see that in advance. In that case your Start unlock isn't lost: in your account, in your unlock history, the return button works for one more hour. With Pro, unlocks aren't counted — there's nothing to return.

A good-value home is at least 20% cheaper than similar homes nearby: the same type, with a similar number of bedrooms and a similar size, in the same neighborhood or the next one over. On listing cards these homes carry the “Good price” mark. Of new good-value homes, 1 in 5 (20%) disappeared from every portal within 3 days, against 11% of homes at a typical price. RemRent data for Florianópolis, Curitiba, João Pessoa and Rio de Janeiro: homes that appeared from 5 October 2026, measured on 19 October 2026. Disappeared means the listing is no longer on any portal.
