Ads come down at the source and word reaches us late, so a contact you open can lead to links that no longer work. When that happens the contact is not lost: for an hour after you open it, you can put it straight back into your balance from its row in your dashboard. One requirement: a paid pack that has not run out yet.

Two of the three cases you handle yourself. A whole purchase comes back in full as long as none of its contacts have been opened — 7 days from payment, one button in your dashboard. If you open a single contact on an ad that had already gone, it comes back from the same place — within an hour of opening it. The third case, a purchase still inside its window with some contacts already spent, is not automated: write to support and we settle it by hand.
