• Price comparison tip (remrent_price_coach_seen) — kept in your browser's local storage on this device and remembers that the price comparison tip has already been shown

Functional cookies remember what you have already done on the site so you do not have to start over. We set this cookie while measurement is on for this device; the "Measure on this device" control in the "Site Usage Measurement" section turns off both measurement and this cookie.

• Last search (remrent_resume) — keeps the filters of your last search for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off; it is deleted when you sign out or turn off measurement
• New-listings email strip (rr_wsp) — remembers how many times you've seen the “Let new listings come to you” strip and whether you signed up from it, so it doesn't keep appearing at the top of the page; kept for 180 days; deleted when you sign out or turn off measurement

We count page views and actions on the site with Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, and we use that data in aggregate to understand how RemRent is used and improve it. The legal basis is legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX). There is no advertising, no Google Signals and no matching with other data about you. If you are signed in, events carry only generic markers (signed in, email confirmed, whether you have paid unlocks, roughly how many free unlocks you have left, and which test version of the payment screen you see), never the identity of the account. Event data is kept for 14 months from your last visit. Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation handle this data on our behalf, as processors; some of that processing happens outside Brazil, under standard contractual clauses.

• _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics) — tells your browser apart from others to count visits and sessions; lasts 13 months from your last visit
• Microsoft Clarity — stores two cookies: _clck, which tells your browser apart from others and lasts 1 year from your last visit, and _clsk, which links the pages of a single visit and lasts 1 day; in recordings, text fields and revealed links are hidden

We do not use marketing cookies, which are normally used to deliver relevant advertisements across platforms.
