Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the payment to undo a purchase, as long as you have not opened any of its contacts. You make the request in your dashboard, under Billing, on that purchase's own row.

Inside that window we return the full amount, with no review first and nothing withheld. The request either goes through the moment you press the button or is refused then and there, with the reason: there is no middle stage and nothing to wait for. The money goes back to the same payment method you used.

A refund undoes the purchase, not only its payment. If that pack added days of Instant alerts, those days come off your account, and on a team pack the shared pool of contacts closes along with the seats on it.

Source portals take ads down and word of it reaches us late, so an opened contact sometimes leads to a page that is not there any more. In that case what comes back is one contact credited to your balance, not money; you ask for it in the same dashboard, under Billing.

Nothing is taken away from you here. You keep what that contact opened, and that listing is never charged to you again.

If the purchase is still inside its 7 days but you have already opened some of its contacts, there is no button for it. Write to support at support@remrent.com and we settle it by hand. We reply within 5 calendar days.
