Rental house with 4 bedrooms and 450 m², 2 en-suites

What this home has

In this 450 m² rental house, the most private part is set in 2 en-suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. From there, the layout opens into the living room and the dining room, with a hallway connecting the rooms. In the living room and bedrooms, the floors combine tile and wood. The kitchen is its own separate, closed-off room, with fitted kitchen cabinets and tile flooring. Around the home, practical details are covered: there is a washing machine and a gas water heater. The decor is mixed and full of personality, and the place shows some wear here and there. The 6 bathrooms total include glass-enclosed showers, an electric showerhead, and bathtubs. The bedrooms also have built-in wardrobes. For outdoor space, there is a balcony and a glassed-in balcony, plus a terrace outside; from the windows, you get views of the mountains. It also comes with 1 parking space.
