90 m² apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 parking

What this home has

The building’s shared BBQ area is a real reason to look forward to evenings outside. Inside the apartment, it’s straightforward and well-kept: 90 m² with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus 1 parking space. It comes unfurnished, but the home is in good condition, with tile floors throughout and a mixed, characterful decor. The kitchen is its own separate, closed-off room, which helps keep the rest of the apartment feeling more contained. Day to day comfort is covered with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a gas water heater. The apartment also has fitted kitchen cabinets, built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, and a wall unit for the TV. Both bathrooms include a glass-enclosed shower and an electric showerhead. There’s also a laundry area in the home, and from the windows you can see the mountains.
