2-bedroom apartment with separate kitchen, pets allowed

What this home has

You can bring your pet. The rental allows pets, as the landlord states, which makes day-to-day life feel easier from the start. Inside, the apartment is unfurnished and set up with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms are practical and fully set for use: each one has a glass-enclosed shower and an electric showerhead. In the living room and bedrooms, the floors are wood, while the kitchen is tiled. One standout is the kitchen as its own closed room, with a gas stove. Around the home there’s also air conditioning, a washing machine, and a gas water heater. The kitchen includes fitted cabinets, and the bathrooms include a vanity; in the laundry area there’s a utility sink (tanque). The windows look out to the mountains and the city. The building is a gated community and offers an elevator. The apartment measures 80 m², and it comes with 1 parking space.
