3-bedroom apartment with 70 m² and a enclosed balcony

What this home has

3 bedrooms in 70 m², with the living room as the main gathering space. This is an unfurnished apartment on the 2nd floor, well kept and in good condition, with a modern, current look and tile flooring throughout. The home has 3 bedrooms, including 1 en-suite. In total there are 2 bathrooms, and the en-suite bathroom is part of that count. Both bathrooms have a glass-enclosed shower and an electric showerhead. In the open-plan layout, the kitchen flows into the living area; it has a gas stove. There are built-in fitted kitchen cabinets, and there’s also a laundry area inside the apartment. A glassed-in balcony is included as well, with access from the living room and from one of the bedrooms. The rooms feel bright, and from the windows you can see the city. The apartment comes with 1 parking space. Pets are allowed, as the landlord states, and the condominium fee is included in the rent, as the landlord states.
