What this home has

The shared open-air pool at the building makes the week feel easier, especially after work. This 100 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in total, including the en-suite bathroom. The place is well kept, in good condition, with a modern, current look, tile floors throughout, and rooms that feel bright and light-filled. The open-plan kitchen flows into the living area, so everyday routines move smoothly from one space to the next. Inside the apartment, you have air conditioning and a fridge, and the kitchen comes with fitted cabinet storage. The en-suite bedroom has its own bathroom, counted within the home’s 1 bathroom total. In the building, residents also share an elevator, a party room, a playground, and a shared BBQ area—along with the pool. Security is covered by a 24-hour concierge. Per the landlord, the condominium fee is included in the rent, and the minimum lease term is 3 months. You also get 1 parking space.
