28 m² studio with a private garden and 1 bedroom

What this home has

This 28 m² studio has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and the biggest perk is right outside your door: you have a private garden, plus a private BBQ area to use at home. The place is well kept, in good condition, with a modern, up to date look. Cooking is handled in a compact kitchenette corner, with fitted kitchen cabinets built in. In the bedroom, there are also built in wardrobe closets, so you can keep things organized. Around the studio, you’ll also find a washing machine, and a pantry for storage. The floors are tiled throughout. Since there’s no parking space included with the home, it’s best for people who don’t need a spot reserved. In the building, residents share a private-use pool. On the rental terms, the landlord notes the minimum lease term is 30 months.
