What this home has

A ground-floor apartment of 50 m² with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offered unfurnished so you can settle it your way from day one. The living room and kitchen have tile floors, and the kitchen is set up with a pass-through/breakfast bar that connects to the service area. The bathroom includes an aluminum shower enclosure. You can also see some wear in places, so it’s best approached as a lived-in home ready to be updated by you. In the building, there’s a party room and a playground for residents. When it comes to visits, they’re scheduled in advance, accompanied, and with written authorization, per the landlord. And there’s no parking space included with this home.
