In Brazil, rentals sit scattered across a handful of big listing sites: one search turns into ten open tabs, and some of what you open is already gone or looks nothing like its photos. Nothing yet lets you search across all of them in English. That's what we're building: we tidy the listings up now, so that when RemRent opens you can search in plain words.

The same home listed in several places becomes one card, with the details lined up the same way and a description you can actually read.
Filter by style, flooring, the view, an elevator, even a gas or electric stove. Or hide any place missing what you need, like one without a washing machine. These are details other sites leave blank.
Rent is only part of it. RemRent pulls the condo fee, property tax and lease terms from each original listing, and marks anything the listing leaves unsaid — so you can tell which one is actually cheaper.
An ad is written to persuade. The photos show the home as it is. So the features on a RemRent card are the ones we can see in the home's own pictures — and where a detail comes from the listing text instead, we say so.

I'm the founder of RemRent and a full-stack engineer. For more than ten years I've built production systems: high-traffic backends, consumer products used by millions. I build all of RemRent myself. After leaving Ukraine in 2022 I looked for a home in five countries, ending with Argentina and Brazil. Every time I hit the same wall: scattered portals, nothing in English, the same place listed three times over. Plenty of those ads were already gone, or looked nothing like their photos. That's why RemRent checks each home against its own pictures instead of taking the description at face value. Search is where the pain starts, so that's where RemRent starts. Brazil first.
